In a small valley, surrounded by centenary trees, along the banks of the river Pas in the village of Iruz, it is located a mountain mansion from the XVII century “The Posada Asador Ribera del Pas“.
Reformed in the year 2000 it preserves all the glamour of the old construction, in the outside of the building, its imposing square floor surrounded by a carefully cared garden, in the inside its noble woods and its old stones preserve the large spaces, distributed in three floors.
When we access to “The Posada Asador Ribera del Pas” we find a big restaurant next to the café. It must be mentioned that the restaurant has got a traditional wood oven roaster specially for the roast lamb “Churra” breed specialty of the inn that is a delicatessen typical the area where its owners were born, Aranda de Duero.
